What web browsers do you work with?
InboxVision is currently supported in Firefox, IE8 and IE9. Other browsers or earlier versions of IE can be used, but are not supported and some features may not work correctly.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Click on the 14-DAY TRIAL button above and fill in a web form - it’s as simple as that. We don’t ask for your credit card details and the Free Trial will end after 14 days. You will be sent an email reminder to invite you to take out a subscription.

InboxVision reserves the right to:
1) Limit this offer to 1 trial per contact per company in a 12 month period.
2) Cancel subscription licenses where a user does not comply with the Terms of Service.

License days are defined as working days.
What is the minimum subscription commitment after the Free Trial?
A InboxVision Monthly subscription is the minimum commitment. There is no contract or long-term obligation. You will be billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Changing your subscription is really simple. For example, you can move from InboxVision Monthly to InboxVision Quarterly or InboxVision Yearly at any time at the end of the active subscription period.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept cheques and bank transfers. Payment must be cleared within 14 days of the start of your subscription, or your log-in access will be blocked automatically without any further notice.

As of August 2011 we have 750,000 unique email promotions and e-newsletters in our database , and we expect the total number of email promotions and Messages to pass one million by the end of 2011.

Do I have to download software onto my PC or company network?
No, InboxVision is an online, web-based system, requiring no software to be installed.
How do users access the information?
Users have instant online access via a web login.
How far back can I look at an organisation’s email promotional campaign?
It will depend on when we started to research and subscribe to a specific market sector or organisation. We originally started to subscribe in January 2010, and we continue to add up to two thousand new organisations every month.
How many organisations and brands do you currently monitor on a daily basis?
As of August 2011, we currently have subscribed to 36,000 organisations and we expect to have subscribed to more than 50,000 organisations by the end of 2011.
What types of brands and companies do you research?
Not all companies, brands and organisations provide email sign-ups and most marketers are not that interested in analysing and monitoring email promotions from small companies. So we focus our in-depth research on the leading brands and organisations from key market sectors across the world. We start by focusing on the top 50, 100, 250, 500 from each market sector and then research smaller companies and brands when there is a specific requirement from one of our clients.

How do we research and collect promotional email marketing Messages and e-newsletters?
Firstly, we use our “Email Marketing Message User Panel” who forward to us specific industry/brand messages from their own personal email inboxes. We reward new panelists with pre-release thought-leadership email marketing reports, stats and prize draw incentives. If you would like to become one of our “Email Marketing Campaign User Panellists”, then send us an email with “Register for Email Marketing Messages User Panel” in the subject line.

Secondly, our dedicated research team signs up to receive, “commercial” email marketing messages, promotions, alerts and newsletters from thousands of major B2B and B2C companies and brands from around the world. We do not collect transactional messages except on bespoke projects for our clients. Speak to our sales people if this is something you would like us to do for you. We carry out this research every single working day of the month, targeting leading companies and brands in English-speaking countries.

Thirdly, subscribers of InboxVision can seed their own email marketing lists using an email address we provide, so that it is easy for their marketing team to monitor, compare and analyse their own email marketing campaigns against their competitors. All email messages inside InboxVision are made available to every subscriber.

Finally we subscribe to leading publications and exhibitions in each key market sector we cover. This means if organisations rent or partner with 3rd party email lists providers we also receive these as well.
What if I can’t find the brands or organisations that I want to track and monitor?
Simply tell us and we will do the work - we’re constantly researching and looking at new market sectors and vertical lists based on client feedback. Fill in our online web form inside the InboxVision application and request up to 50 new organisations every month.

We will do all the leg-work and research and sign up to the requested emarketing communications (where they are available) or inform our panellists that we want emails from these companies and brands. We do not charge our customers for this service and we will keep you updated with how many of your companies we have researched and can track and monitor. This process is totally free and we normally complete the research within 90 working days. All new email Messages will be made available to every subscriber of InboxVision.
