What makes newsletters great?
We’re back with an infographic on the anatomy of an email newsletter, but we wanted to have our say and cherry pick a few points to add to. With such a large database of emails at our disposal, we’ve seen the good, the bad and the down right ugly, so we’re confident in that we know what works!

I’ve chosen today’s email from EMC Corporation because they’ve designed an email template that largely overcomes the blocked images problem without losing too much of the content. Their subject line is good in that it points out that the newsletter is customised for the reader: “View Your Custom Newsletter from EMC”.
