How to create a lightbox and share your findings to your colleagues
Say for example that you’re in the retail grocery market and you want to monitoring the following competitors on a daily basis: Tesco; Asda; Lidl; Aldi; Morrisons; M&S and Cooperative Stores. Create one new “Company name” Search for each competitor and select the frequency of email Alerts that you will be sent:

One way of collaborating and sharing a number of campaign Messages with your colleagues is to save the Messages you’re interested in to a “Lightbox”.
Tick each Message you want to share and click the “Add Selected Messages to Lightbox” button:
|
From the pop-out box, either create a new Lightbox or save to an existing Lightbox:
|
Then go to the “Lightboxes” tab and click on “# of Messages” Then you can share your lightbox with colleagues:
|
Once on your Lightbox Click on the “Share Lightbox.” A box will then appear, this is where you can email your lightbox to a colleague. You can set a Subject Line and type in a message:

And this is the email that’s sent to your colleague:

To summarise, you can collaborate and share on the fly, individual campaign Messages or you can share a collection of Messages in a Lightbox.
