Cooking.com Inc. wins the InboxVision Email Gallery Design of the Week Award

This email of from Cooking.com Inc. uses a great template and uses imaginative ways of showcasing selection of pictures. This email also has all the key elements to a great email design.

Here are 2 reasons Cooking.com Inc.’s email has made this week’s winner:

1#. “Polaroid style:” This email has used a Polaroid style on the images. This is great way to showcase a selection of images that you want to show. It breaks up the email as the pictures are slightly offset which adds something different.

2#. “Call-to-actions:” Again another email using call-to-actions correctly. Cooking.com Inc. have changed the colour of the call-to-action to be a lot darker more bolder green to catch the eye and to make it stand out from the rest of the email and show that it is important.

Loehmann’s email mixes great imagery with big text. The use of a sans-serif font adds elegance and the increased font size catches the eye. A nice use of colur on the text to break up the white is an added touch. The use of complementry colours is a nice touch which is not seen much in email.

Lufthansa uses a great main image and has calls-to-actions in all the right places. The Berlin offer looks painted on as the image and various text boxes look messy and disjointed not a bad thing as this is different from the rest and highlights the offer all the more.

Simple and sleek just like the products. PC Mall’s email template is very clear and precise. Bold images of the product. PC Mall also use Very clear Call to Actions to get the reader to buy the latest products. Designing the perfect call to action is vital in order to convert more leads.
